Hello you lovely lot, let me explain as quick as I can, what Ive done before and how we can work with each other.

I started work at 11 years old, as a professional actress in UK children’s TV show Byker Grove. I played the lead role of Emma Miller for 7 years and sadly this means there are many, many dreadful photographs of me all over the net. Byker Grove episode-Can you spot me?

I left Byker and signed a deal with Sony UK (under the name summer Matthews), touring the UK on TV shows such as TOTPs & MTV, whilst also becoming a regular feature in magazine such as OK, Elle Girl and UK daily newspapers. Summer Matthews-Little Miss Perfect

Singing, in truth was never my true passion and after my first single I decided to take myself to the critically acclaimed British drama school, East 15.

After leaving East 15 acting school I was back on TV, firstly playing Leigh-Ann Galloway on the popular BBC drama Waterloo Road then onto ITV’s  The Bill BBC Doctors, BBC Casualty and lots more.

Alongside acting I was also modelling for fabulous companies, Mama Baby Bliss presenting the BBC’s under 5’s radio show CBEEBIES alongside popular characters, such as Mr Tumble and blogging for Famously Fit/OK magazine.

I set up my own adult acting class in the West Midlands, which became very popular and attracted some amazing talents Shannon Finan. Coventry Telegraph

Once I became a Mum in 2011 to my beautiful daughter Brooke (and then my second daughter Texas in 2013) I ran a coaching business helping other Mums to build their own business’s whilst being at home. During that time my husband was diagnosed with grade 4 brain cancer The Daily Mirror and I brought my world close to home. Dealing with cancer video

I now run my You Tube channel, Holly Matthews Online coach people in acting and those looking to get out of 9-5, I Blog and work with various brands to help build awareness and generate interest in what they’re doing. Billion Dollar Brows London Mums

I am also asked to speak at events to promote ,Strength ‘bounce back’ and self confidence

I have worked with various charities over the last few years including Meningitis UK The Daily Mail,  Huffington Post,  The Coventry Telegraph (after Brooke had meningitis at 3 months old and I also had it at 7), Bliss premature baby charity Mother and Baby Awards, Bliss Pinterest (after my daughters were both premature), worked with CRASAC during a rape storyline I did for BBC Casualty and I am currently in talks with The Brain Tumour Charity to work out how I can best help them.
