Starting to run after quitting smoking cigarettes. I’m also sober over 8 years.
Do you have a favourite quote or mantra?
Why spend your whole life trying to fit in when you were born to stand out….another one is ‘People might not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.

Tell us a bit about what you do?
I advise companies on social media strategy and I also manage Twitter accounts for companies who don’t want to do it or don’t have the time to do it. I build real relationships and engage with people. I don’t schedule as much as possible. I also create communities and join the dots introducing and connecting people who I know can assist one another.
Has anyone been a big influence in your life?
My Dad who sadly passed away before he could see my success. But I do think he is up there pulling a few strings!
Have you faced any challenges getting to where you are right now?
Oh my, yes yes yes. So many. But this has made me more determined to assist others who were in my situation. Finance is a huge one (I was a lone parent on social welfare when I started out)
What do you do to relax?
Fishing by the sea, walking the dogs outdoors…Nature is my thing.
What was the last gift you gave someone?
A scented candle to my friend. You just can’t go wrong with a nice scented candle!
What are your 3 best qualities?
Trustworthy, loyal, Non Judgemental. (I hope)!
Where is the most beautiful place in the world?
Paris at night. Always loved Paris.
What bad habits do you have?
I still smoke an e cig. I’m not the tidiest in the world….ahem.
If you’re feeling bad, what do you do to pull yourself out of it?
Ring one of my friends, go for a walk. Talk to someone.
What is your pet peeve?
Bitching and gossip.
Whats the best bit of advice you have ever received?
Value what you do, don’t undersell yourself.
If you could give your 16 year old self some advice, what would it be?
Quit smoking now. Ignore the bullies you won’t even care about them later.
What are your goals for the rest of the year?
To build up my Women’s Inspire Network, To successfully MC and take part in the Social media summit 11 and 12 April, in Dublin
Do you work on your mindset and what do you do?
Walk, write things down, be grateful for what I have.
What is the most useless talent you have?
I can lip sync to Dancing Queen.
What can we see you doing next/new projects?
I shall be starting a series of webinars to add value to my Women’s Inspire Network and community on Twitter. I know what issues SMES face so want to cover lots of these issues. I’d love to have my own TV show.
